I offer HIPAA-compliant virtual counseling sessions for clients residing in Illinois and Missouri. Sessions are delivered by phone or video.

For clients residing in the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon, Illinois area, I offer "walk and talk" therapy. By exploring our beautiful trails and parks, we can benefit from the healing power of nature during counseling. We discuss if this option is a good fit in the initial evaluation. 

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I view wellness as holistic and use a biopsychosocial spiritual perspective in my practice.

I offer a free phone consultation to discuss your therapy goals and our partnership. 

Session fees:
55-minute session: $125

For insurance plans in which I am an out-of-network provider, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance. Please note that Medicare and Medicaid do not allow superbills.

Cancellation policy:
At least 24-hour notification of cancellation is requested. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $40 cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.
